03What is the typical budget for a bespoke piece?
Our bespoke pieces are as unique as our clients, so budgets vary widely. We work with a range of investments. To ensure we use our time and yours wisely, we begin every journey with a transparent conversation about budget. This allows our bespoke jewellery consultant to guide you toward the best possible design and materials to achieve your vision beautifully and responsibly.
04What does the design process involve? Will I see the ring before it’s made?
Yes, this is a crucial step! After our consultation, our designer will create detailed 3D CAD renders of your piece. You’ll be able to see it from various angles, understand its proportions, and approve the design before any crafting begins. We don’t proceed until you are 100% confident and excited.
05What if I don’t like the design when I see the render?
No problem at all. The render stage is specifically for feedback and refinement. We build in time for revisions to adjust the design until it’s perfect for you. Our goal is your complete love and satisfaction.
06How do you ensure quality and craftsmanship?
Every J'adore piece is handcrafted by our master jewellers, who blend traditional techniques with modern technology. Each piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house experts before it reaches you.
07What about aftercare and maintenance?
Your relationship with us doesn’t end at purchase. As a J'adore Diamonds client, you receive complimentary annual check-ups, cleaning, and polishing. We also provide a care guide to help your jewellery stay brilliant for a lifetime.
08Can the process be discreet (e.g., for a surprise proposal)?
Of course. Discretion is a cornerstone of our service. Your Ring Agent will be your point of contact for all secret missions. We can arrange private viewings, secure storage, and discreet packaging and collection options.
